Eight committees carry the program's work so no one person carries all of it. Each one takes members and one-off volunteers alongside its chair.
The Executive Board creates the committees and approves their plans. The President appoints each chair, and the chair sets the plan for their committee and brings in the people to run it.
Every committee welcomes parents from every grade level, and every one of them takes one-off volunteers alongside its regular members. You do not need a background in baseball to be useful on any of them.
