Four elected officers, plus the head coach in an advisory role, accountable for running the booster organization.
The bylaws put the affairs, activities, and operation of the organization in the Executive Board's hands. It transacts the club's business between membership meetings, creates the committees and approves their plans, and prepares the budget that the membership votes on.

The head coach is not an elected officer and serves on the Executive Board in an advisory capacity, without voting privileges. He runs the baseball side of the program; the booster board supports everything around it.

The board creates the committees that carry the program's work, and the President appoints their chairs. There are eight of them, and 5 are currently looking for a chair.
