Stadium Club Committee

Senior Day Committee

One morning that sends the senior class off the right way.

What this committee does

Senior Day is the pre-game ceremony honoring the senior class and their families, built around a designated home game where as many seniors as possible play.

The committee is made up entirely of non-senior parents. That is deliberate: the families being honored should be able to stand on the field and enjoy the morning rather than run it.

Open to non-senior parents. If your player is a senior this year, this is the one committee we would rather you enjoy than staff.

What it delivers

  • A ceremony that honors every senior by name
  • Speech material in the coach's hands ahead of the day
  • Flowers, stoles, and keepsakes ready to hand out

Ways to help

There is more than one size of yes here. Pick the one that fits the time you have.

Planning

Organize the ceremony in the weeks beforehand: the run of show, the forms, the flowers.

A few weeks in the spring
Day-of help

Set up, hand out flowers, and keep the ceremony moving on the morning itself.
