Stadium Club Committee

Fundraiser Committee

The events and the sponsor relationships that pay for the season.

What this committee does

Fundraiser owns the events that raise money and the business relationships behind them: the cornhole tournament, restaurant nights, and the sponsorships that put banners on the outfield fence.

This committee is being built for 2026-27. The chair will shape what it becomes, which makes it the most open-ended role on the board and the best fit for someone who would rather build something than inherit it.

What it delivers

  • The cornhole tournament, the program's biggest outside fundraiser
  • Restaurant nights through the season
  • Signed sponsors, and their banners on the fence

Ways to help

There is more than one size of yes here. Pick the one that fits the time you have.

Event planning

Help run a fundraiser end to end. The cornhole tournament is the anchor event and the one with the most proven return.

Concentrated around each event
Sponsor outreach

Talk to local businesses about sponsoring the program. A natural fit if you own a business, work in sales, or simply know a lot of people in town.

Heaviest in the fall
Restaurant nights

Set up a night with a local restaurant and get the word out to families.

A few hours per event

The full list of responsibilities

  • Running the program's fundraising events, starting with the cornhole tournament
  • Restaurant nights with local businesses
  • Building and maintaining sponsor relationships
  • Sponsorship packages, agreements, and follow-through
  • Working with Banquet on ways to hold ticket prices down

When the work happens: Sponsorships sold in the fall, events through the year
