What this committee does

Media covers the program with a camera: game photography and video across Freshman, JV, and Varsity, and the end-of-season video for each team that plays at the banquet.

It is separate from the GameChanger live feed, which Game Day runs. Media is the supplemental coverage: the stills families keep, and the footage that becomes the season recap.

Ways to help

Game photographer

Shoot a game. Bring whatever you have; a phone in good light beats an empty seat.

As many games as you want, starting with one
Videographer

Capture footage at games for highlights and the end-of-season videos.

Occasional games
Editor

Cut the end-of-season team videos. This one you can do entirely from home, on your own schedule.

Concentrated in the weeks before the banquet

The full list of responsibilities

  • At least one photographer per game, across all three teams
  • Supplemental video beyond the GameChanger live feed
  • An end-of-season video for each team, shown at the banquet so every player is recognized
  • Photography at Senior Day and the banquet
  • Source images for Picture Day products, the website, and social media

When the work happens: Through the season, with editing concentrated before the spring banquet
