What this committee does

The alumni game is one of the program's traditions: a single day where players who came through Valencia baseball come back and play the current roster.

It is being re-chartered for 2026-27, so the chair has real room to shape the format and build the alumni outreach that makes it work.

Alumni outreach

Find former players and get them on the field. An especially good fit if your family has been around the program a while or you know Valencia baseball alumni.

Event day

Help run the day: setup, check-in, and keeping things moving.

One day

The full list of responsibilities

  • Organizing the event end to end and running it on the day
  • Reaching out to alumni and tracking who is playing
  • Coordinating with Game Day, Canteen, and Media on game-day support

When the work happens: One day; the date is set each year
