The printed program for the end-of-season banquet.
The banquet closes the season, and the printed program is what sits on the table in front of every family there. Players are recognized by name in it, which is why families keep them.
It carries two kinds of pages that the media guide does not mix: business advertising, and dedications written by parents and families to their own players.
Rates run above the media guide, because a banquet program is a keepsake from a night people remember rather than a reference for a season.
Purple is your space. Covers and the center spread are positions rather than sizes: the inside cover and back cover are full pages in a fixed place, and the center spread is the two facing pages at the middle of the book.
