Field Banner
A vinyl banner on the fence at the baseball field, up for the season. Your sponsors page logo is included.
What it is
A 4x6 foot vinyl banner, printed landscape (horizontal): 6 feet wide by 4 feet tall. It hangs on the fence between the track and the baseball field. That is the stretch everyone walks past on the way in, and it is visible from the football stadium.
Every banner is the same size and there is no premium placement. That is deliberate: one size keeps the fence looking like a set rather than a patchwork, and it means no sponsor is quietly worth less than another.
Every banner also carries the program's frame: a purple band across the top and bottom, with the Valencia Baseball roundel at the center. Your artwork fills the banner behind it.
The banner is the piece most sponsors picture when they think about sponsoring a high school team, and it is included at every level.
A banner bought on its own also puts your name and logo on the sponsors page, at no extra cost. You do not need to buy the website logo separately. The home page is the one placement a banner does not reach; that comes with a level.
Every banner is this size and carries this frame. There is no larger option and no premium spot.

Good to know
- Banners go up in late December and stay through the end of the spring season. Dates are approximate; last season ran to mid-May.
- Send print-ready artwork and the program handles printing and hanging.
- Design for the full banner as you normally would. We add the frame over your artwork, and if any part of your design would end up behind the frame or the roundel we adjust the placement for you rather than send it back.
- Vector artwork is best: an AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF file from a design program prints sharp at any size. A JPG or PNG needs to be at least 7200 pixels wide by 4800 pixels tall, which is 100 dpi at the banner's full 4x6 foot landscape size (6 feet wide, 4 feet tall). A smaller file prints blurry.
- Artwork stays an acknowledgment: your name, logo, location, phone, and website. No pricing, offers, or promotional claims. We will ask to keep the wording plain, and the reason is on the sponsorship page.
