Valencia's JV scored in each of the first five innings and struck out thirteen Chatsworth batters in a 9-1 home win.

Chatsworth grabbed a 1-0 lead in the first on Wesley Kim's RBI double, but Valencia answered immediately: Casey Nickson doubled, moved up on Bodie Johnson's sacrifice bunt, and scored on a wild pitch. Aiden Illingworth's two-run double made it 3-1 in the second, and back-to-back doubles by Luke Ammerman and Jaedyn Morales plus Hayden Jaquez's RBI single stretched it to 5-1.

Miles Shelofsky was overpowering in relief: four innings, two hits, no runs, and nine of his twelve outs by strikeout. Starter Tee Intharachalit worked three innings with four strikeouts and picked a runner off second to end the second.

Valencia piled on three in the fifth with three straight singles, Brody Mueller's squeeze bunt, a wild pitch, and a Chatsworth error, and played errorless defense behind ten hits and four doubles.
